1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using dotouch-emu, you agree to and undertake to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to comply with the foregoing, please do not use this service.

2. License Agreement

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of dotouch-emu per device for personal, non-commercial use only. This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• Edit or copy materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes or for public display
• Attempting to decompile any software contained in dotouch-emu
• Remove all copyright notices or other proprietary markings from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or reproduce the materials on another server

3. User accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. Failure to comply with this requirement constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in the immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for keeping the password you use to access the service secure and for all activities or actions performed under your password.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic (monthly) basis.

• Payments are processed through cryptocurrency wallets
• All cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-refundable
• You must maintain a minimum payment amount as specified in the payment interface
• Subscription extensions are added to your existing expiration date
• We reserve the right to change our subscription fees with 30 days' notice

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use dotouch-emu: for illegal purposes or to incite others to commit illegal acts; to violate any international, federal, provincial, or local regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances; to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate against others; to submit false or misleading information; to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of dotouch-emu and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on dotouch-emu are provided "as is." dotouch-emu makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including, without limitation, any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

9. Limitations

Under no circumstances shall dotouch-emu or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profits, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use dotouch-emu.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you violate the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
