Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)

1. Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) is to define the terms and conditions governing the subscription, payment, delivery, and use of the dotouch-emu software, published and operated by the dotouch-emu team.

2. Product Type

dotouch-emu is software provided in digital form, accessible via subscription. It is digital content that allows you to play Dofus Touch on a computer in an optimized environment. No physical media is provided.

3. Price

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are per subscription period.

  • The applicable rate is the one displayed at the time of enrollment.
  • dotouch-emu reserves the right to change its rates at any time. Any rate changes will be communicated with at least 15 days' notice via the user interface.
  • The prices shown include an estimate of the gas fees for blockchain processing. Actual fees may vary depending on network congestion.

4. Payment

Payment can be made in cryptocurrency via supported blockchain networks, or in currency (USD) via PayPal:

  • Binance Smart Chain (BSC) — USDT (BEP-20) and USDC (BEP-20)
  • Polygon — Native MATIC · Solana — Native SOL
  • PayPal — payment in USD via credit card or PayPal account. PayPal handles the transaction; dotouch-emu does not store any banking information.
  • dotouch-emu does not collect or store users' private keys or wallet IDs.
  • Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible by nature. PayPal payments are also final; no refunds can be issued once a payment has been confirmed (see Article 6).
  • The subscription is activated automatically after payment is confirmed: block confirmations for cryptocurrencies, immediate validation for PayPal.

5. Term and Renewal

The subscription is valid for a fixed term, starting from the date the payment is confirmed.

  • Each payment made extends the subscription's expiration date by 30 calendar days.
  • Multiple payments are cumulative: the duration is added to the existing expiration date.
  • dotouch-emu does not offer automatic renewal. Users must make a new payment before the subscription expires to extend their access.
  • If the subscription expires, access to the software will be suspended until the next payment is made.

6. Termination

The user may stop using the service at any time. Termination takes effect on the expiration date of the current subscription. No partial or full refunds will be issued for any portion of a subscription period that has already begun.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after the order is placed and for which performance has begun with the consumer’s consent. By making a payment, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that performance of the service begins immediately after payment is confirmed and thereby waives their right of withdrawal.

8. Delivery and Access

Access to the dotouch-emu software is automatically activated after payment is confirmed (blockchain or PayPal).

  • Access and download information is available in the user area.
  • The activation time depends on the block confirmation time on the relevant blockchain (typically between 30 seconds and 5 minutes); activation is immediate for PayPal payments.

9. Customer Service and Complaints

For any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, payments, or access to the service, users may contact support at the following address: contact@dotouch-emu.com. Complaints are processed within a maximum of 48 business hours.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Prior to any legal action, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution.
